Eric Nerhood

As a lifelong resident of Southern California, I currently reside in Seal Beach with my wife and two daughters. I graduated from California State University Long Beach with my Bachelor of Arts DEGREE in Speech Communication.

I began my CAREER in real estate as a real estate appraiser in 2003. My enthusiasm for both architecture and design led me to locating undervalued properties to rehab and resell for high returns. While flipping properties I became fascinated with the entire process and decided to become a real estate agent.

Due to my extensive appraisal background, I am able to offer my clients a unique perspective and additional knowledge when it comes to making home buying or selling decisions. I place an emphasis towards my clients’ needs, goals and objectives at the forefront of every transaction. I also have a stellar reputation for a quick and timely response to meet each client’s needs and concerns. I pride myself in exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE, patience, knowledge and integrity to assure that my clients home buying or selling experience is a smooth one.
